Within the field of Holistic health, there are many methods of self discovery and healing. The common thread throughout them all, is that they are based on the concept of using the energy that is all around us to restore our physical, mental and spiritual selves to wholeness. Two of the methods Donna has been guided to use are the Akashic Records and Reiki. While on the surface, these methods may appear dissimilar, they both, in fact, move on the vibrational energy of creation. The healing Light of Reiki is the same Light which permeates the Akashic Records.
AKASHIC RECORDS
The Akashic Records are the ultimate source of all the experiences that your Soul has ever had and contains all the possibilities your Soul will ever experience in the future. The main task of every Soul on this planet is Soul growth. Everything we experience as human beings contributes to Soul growth. An individual on a conscious journey through this lifetime can utilize the Records to maximize Soul growth and to achieve their goals. Donna's function in the area is as a Reader of the Records. She has been trained to access the Records and provide loving, compassionate guidance to individuals in need. Donna did not choose to become a Reader. The Records chose her and she accepts that in the process of Reading for others, she is also working on her own Soul growth.
REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing recognized by the National Institute of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NICAM) which is the alternative health division of the National Institute of Health. In Reiki, the practitioner acts as a conduit for what is termed "the Universal Energy". The energy is transmitted through the hands of the practitioner to the client. The Universal Energy can be defined in many ways. After years of practicing Reiki, Donna's personal belief is this energy comes from God. Regardless of how one chooses to define the source, its existence has been scientifically proven. Belief in its existence is not necessary in order for healing to occur.
