Donna's journey toward finding her Spirit began many years ago.  It was not until the year 2000 that this journey became a conscious one.  At that time, she left a 22 year corporate career in the Employee Benefits field and embarked in earnest on a path towards wellness. It was at this time, she realized she had only been focusing on the physical level.  When she began to integrate body, mind and Spirit, she found her calling.  Finding the joy in the daily journey has brought the peace that she was seeking.  This search for peace of mind, body and spirit is one she shares with others in her healing practice.

Every holistic practitioner has their own particular story as to how they came to utilize holistic methods.  Donna's experience has been that the holistic methods found her, not vice versa.  And in exploring what the Universe presented to her, she found wholeness and purpose. 

In the pursuit of wellness, there are many avenues.  The path is different for each person.  Clients are urged to continue their traditional medical treatments in addition to exploring their holistic options.   

Now, in the year 2008, Donna is pleased to launch this website, through which she hopes she will be of service to others who are struggling to cope in this ever changing world.
